I recently had the pleasure of learning to drive with Swadesh Driving School, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The instructor was incredibly patient and ensured that I was well-prepared for my road test by using the exact language and commands that the DMV examiners use. This familiarity made a huge difference when I took the actual test, as I knew exactly what to expect and felt confident throughout.

The staff at Swadesh Driving School were also extremely kind and supportive. Their professionalism and encouragement created a positive learning environment, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I came here and took 10 lessons and passed my road test within 2 weeks. My driving instructors were Mahmud Bai and Siam. Both of them are very professional specially Mahmud Bai. He taught me some techniques which were very effective during my driving test.

Excellent School and very hard working Instructor Mr. Mahamud who has vast knowledge about the rules and regulations of DMV. He is extremely dedicated towards his work and handle each and every situation with patience. Learned a lot from him and passed my test in first attempt.

I came to Swadesh Driving School without any prior driving experience, matter of a fact i never drove a day in my life, a total noob who doesn't even know how to start a car! the lady at the office is always sporting a positive smile, she is very polite and she will walk you thru every step of the process! Later you get to meet Sam the instructor, a veteran driver with so much knowledge and a wide range experience in the treacherous streets of NYC, his teaching method is excellent, comprehensive and straight forward, very easy to understand and apply, you will get to learn every single aspect of driving in tricky and challenging situations! On your exam day, Sam will bring a positive energy and share with you a lot of tips that will boost your confidence and set the vibe for a successful outcome!
I learned so much in this School and i was able to pass the test on my first shot and so will you!
DO NOT waste your time and funds wandering between schools and go straight to Swadesh, i highly and strongly recommend this place!

I passed my road test yesterday. My driving instructor was Mr Sam. He's very adept at dealing with all technical issues and i learn everything in detail from him. Mr Sam is a very professional & talented instructor in Jackson Heights i believe.
And of course Renu apu who is a very organised lady,
dealing all office work so efficiently.
